Participating in the ISM SA Student Buddy Programme as a mentor earns you an additional 0.5 bonus points toward your Erasmus exchange competitive score. The programme is coordinated by the International Center - contact Greta Kiškienė for specific dates each semester. Selection for exchanges takes place in September (for spring) and February (for fall).

Military conscription is a valid reason for absence - you must submit official documentation to justify the absence within two weeks of the incident. Documents are accepted in Lithuanian or English; if issued in another language, a self-translation into English is required. Yes. The LSP (Lithuanian Student Identity Card) proves student status and offers benefits such as a 50% discount on long-distance transport in Lithuania and an 80% discount on public transport. However, these discounts do not apply to part-time students. For international recognition, the ISIC card (available at the ISM Library for €13) is valid in over 130 countries and provides access to more than 150,000 discounts worldwide. Important: to enter the ISM building, you must have an LSP or ISIC with a microchip, synchronised at the 1st floor administrator.

Students are represented in the Senate (1 Bachelor's, 1 Master's, 1 PhD representative), Ethics Committee (2 representatives), Appeals Committee (1 representative), Dispute Committee (3 representatives), and AI Policy Committee (1 representative). The ISM SA President represents students in the Assessment and Promotion Commission and International Student Exchange Committee, while the VP for Academic Affairs sits on the Studies Commission. Grades are published in my.ism.lt. For viewing your actual graded exam, contact your lecturer directly to arrange a review session. Note: a positive grade is 5 - 4.9 rounds down to 4 and counts as 0. If you have a final grade below 5, you are entitled to one free retake.
